Police department in Winchester

We just got back from the police department. It was a really nice trip)))) A police officer Robert Varasconi who took us around was a sweet and patient man. He answered all our questions and told us everything we should know about average police department in a small town. What fascinated me the most is that they have to do a lot of paper work. There is 80 % of paper work and 20% only for searching for "bad guys" in the streets. But all the violators are treated nicely and with respect, because they are people first of all and they might just have a bad day and make a bad choice once. So everybody is given a chance there to be nice and try not to do bad things again.
Anyway, we all enjoyed this field trip and found out a lot about American police!
